INTRODUCTION OF FOCOCEV’S PARTY COMMITTEE

The party committee of Fococev Vietnam Joint Stock Company (renamed from Fococev foodstuff and technology company party). It is party local that belongs to Party Committee of the Centrally-run Businesses’ Sector in Ho Chi Minh City.

Currently, the party committee have 130 memberships who is operating in 13 party cell , corporation in provinces and whole country

The party committee of Fococev is an important factor in building and developing the company. Orientations for major policies in production and business, building staff, organizational apparatus, mass organizations, building internal unification unity in the company. For many consecutive years, the company’s party committee has been recognized as clean and strong.

FOCOCEV TRADE UNION INTRODUCTION

Fococev Vietnam Joint Stock Company union is an union local belong to Viet Nam trade-union that transferred from FOCOCEV foodstuff and technology company in 2010

Currently, the company union has about 1.200 memberships who are staff and workers working in 12 membership unions local and 04 partial trade unions in whole country.

Operating in accordance with the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union, specified by the direction and duties set by the Trade Union Congress, the Trade Union always takes the direction of the Trade Union, the leadership of the Party Committee, The cooperation with the professional leaders and organizations of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth union as a principle in all activities. Trade Union represents well its position as the socio-political organization of employees in the company, along with the Party, the government care and protect for trade union members; To participate in the management of enterprises within the prescribed scope; Propagating and encouraging unionists and laborers to strictly comply with the Party’s guideline and policies as well as State laws and regulations of the units.

Over the past 35 years, with the growth of the company, trade unions have grown in both width and depth and contributed significantly to the stable and sustainable development of each unit in particular. FOCOCEV system in general. In 2007 the company was honored to receive the title of Labor Hero of the Renovation Period and the first-class Labor Medal in 2008 were the highest rewards achieved.
