On APR. 24, 2016, FOCOCEV Highlands JSC held a groundbreaking ceremony to build processing plants in rural tapioca Dak Abandonment 11 Kon Ray district. Attending the ceremony the leaders of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the Board district corporate governance, leading companies and factories under FOCOCEV system.The plant cassava starch processing by the FOCOCEV Company shares as investor Highland Kon Tum province People’s Committee approved under Decision No. 248, dated 18.03.2016, with a total area of 34.8 hectares in Dak village 11 Abandonment. The plant has a design capacity of 40,000 tons / year, the total investment of more than 167 billion is designed with multiple work items, such as home working, guest houses, houses for the workers and employees, cottages factories and sewage treatment facilities. The operation duration of 50 years from the date of approval of investment.
