Company history

Over 48 years of experience, along with the development of country, FOCOCEV has been widely and strongly developed. The company has built a strong trademark and longtemp business to all domestic and foreign partners.

Development history of FOCOCEV :

– 17/09/1975 : was first established Foodstuff Central Vietnam Company by the Decision No.833/TM-TCCB date 24/07/1993 of the Minister of Industry and Trade.

– 13/03/2002 : on changing Foodstuff company of central Viet Nam into Foodstuff and Technology Investment Corporation approving the Decision No.0260/QD-BTM.

– 10/11/2004: Moving Head Office from 64 Tran Quoc Toan street, Hai Chau district, Da Nang city to 21 Bui Thi Xuan street – 102 Le Thi Rieng street, Ben Thanh ward, district 1,Ho Chi Minh city pursuant to the Decision No.1651/QD-BTM to suit with function, scale, field and development purpose of company.

– Thuong Mai Printing company, Machinco Printing enterprise (the Decision No.0098/2004/QD-BTM dated 03/02/2004) and Export – Import III company (the Decision  No.1060/QD-BCT   dated 09/10/2007)   were merged into Foodstuff and Technology Investment Corporation.

– 2008 : FOCOCEV received honor award by President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam : Labor Hero for community and individual DAO QUY CHUNG president.

– 29/06/2010: on changing Foodstuff and Technology Investment Corporation into Fococev Foodstuff and Investment Co., LTD approving the Decsion No.3442 of Minister of Industry and Trade.

– 05/2016 : on changing Fococev Foodstuff and Investment Co., LTD which is owned by State into Fococev Viet Nam Joint Stock Company by private company.

• 3/2022: Moving Head Office from 21 Bui Thi Xuan street – 102 Le Thi Rieng street, Ben Thanh ward, district 1, Ho Chi Minh city to 3A Nguyen Van Thu street, Đakao ward, district 1, Ho Chi Minh city.
